Safety:
The fire resistance of this product is rated the same as for concrete and steel. It is also the least slippery timber surface for exterior use.
Eco Decking and Flooring:
Ecodeck is the highest quality and easiest to fit hardwood flooring for internal or external use and it carries a 10 year manufacturer's warranty.
Application:
There are many areas of the home and garden where this product will enhance your property. For example: patios, verandas, balconies, conservatories, swimming pools, external hot tubs, small garden landscaping, accessible flat roof areas, wet rooms etc.
The dark brown colour will lighten with exposure to sunlight and silver (similar to teak) over time although an oil based preservative with UV filter will retard this process.
All that is needed is a firm. level base. A porous, recycled rubber underlay is available to protect a soft surface such as roofing felt and it can also help deal with slightly uneven surfaces.
