Terms and Conditions

1. All products are adequately described and fit for purpose. If you have any questions let us know. It is the customers' responsibility, prior to purchase, to ensure that the product suits the purpose for which they intend to use it.
2. We do not despatch goods to destinations outside the UK. If you would like us to export a product please contact us before placing an order.
3.If an item is received with significant damage to the packaging it is best to refuse delivery by the carrier and let us know without delay. If delivery is accepted and there is clear transit damage to the product let us know within 24 hours of receipt (a digital image is very helpful). We will replace items damaged in this way at no additional cost to the customer.
4. You may return the product to us within 7 working days of receipt and cancel your order. Please note that, in this event, you will be responsible for the cost of the return carriage and for ensuring that the product is returned unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. BEFORE returning a product contact us for a Returns Advice Number.
5. The prices shown will not be increased at least for the duration of the calendar month in question.
